The Biminer Drilling Tool Management (DTM) provides business process solutions for down hole tools, including motor, jar, shock tool, drill pipe, MWD and other drilling tools. It manages assets, distribution, sales, purchases, inventory, service, rework, inspection damage, incident and billing. It covers business process needs from growing companies with several customers to major oil and gas service companies with global operations.
Biminer Property Management
Biminer Property Management (PM) is an easy to use web application which provides business process solutions for both residential and commercial property management. It manages applications, approvals, move in, move out, inspections, rent rolls, rent changes, payments, work orders, vendors and contractors. It generates various notices to tenants. It also maintains a GL structure and can provide financial reports to be uploaded into third party accounting packages.
Biminer Field Service Management
Biminer Field Service Management (FSM) provides an easy to use business process solution for field service businesses. It manages jobs, materials, labors, equipment, documents, various meeting memos and photo attachments. Also, it provides the ability to create quotations and work orders, and works great in any industry where field service is required, tracking all job aspects and costs from start to finish.
Our Services
Dedicated System Service
For the three Biminer solutions, DTM, PM and FSM, we provide a dedicated system service. Normally the system is hosted in customer’s data center, however, we can also host dedicated systems on a third party data center, such as Amazon Web Service. There will be a one time license cost by modules chosen and monthly support cost.
Hosted System Service
We also provide a hosted system service for all the three Biminer solutions, DTM, PM and FSM. The system is hosted on a secured data center which we maintain (currently with Amazon Web Service). There is no one time license cost, and customer’s cost is calculated on a monthly subscription by modules chosen.
Development Service
We provide a development service to streamline the business process for industries. We focus on business process, however, the technologies we utilize span a wide spectrum of areas. Typical systems we develop include: Revenue, cost and profit analysis (data warehouse, data mining); Part lifespan analysis (time series analysis); Form-Based OCR (image process, artificial intelligence); Large Data Visualization (map engine); and MES+, a manufacturing execution system deployed on large video wall (gesture recognition).
